每个人有定向的思维模式特别做技术的，他懂的话你可能只是按他的思维模式去执行，自己的很多东西体现不了，或许你能从他那能学不少东西，但对企业来讲可能不是什么好事,企业需要的是各类型的人才，很好的团队组合

太狭隘了~~~你连自己那点所谓的有限元分析的技俩都不舍得教别人，你认为那是你立足的优势？？技术永远会过时！只有人心和人脉才是王道，如果你继续是抱着这种心态去和同事打交道的话，你永远只能做一个被年轻你十几岁的人吆喝的技术员~~~！！！

Your experience is realistic in factory in China. From your sharing, you're a capable person for new duties in new product development department (PDD). I wish you all the best in your prospective. I appreciate you are frank to share your experience. Your sharing is valuable to the new graduate who want to develop themselves in product development.

Last but not the least, you can be relaxed to go along with your colleagues. You can learn a lot from sharing. Take it ease and open to new idea from others. You will develop a lot then. Take it easy comrade !
